Eastern Travel is committed to providing safe, reliable, convenient, and accessible transportation to travelers and out service extend to to customers with special needs. Travelers that use a wheelchair or scooter and are able board the bus without a lift, can have their wheelchair or scooter stored in the luggage bay. Customers that require assistance in boarding a vehicle are encouraged to travel with a PCA.
